- SSR (nonfiction) We will begin our new SSR activities with the nonfiction sharing board. Students will take notes in their journal.
- Grammar: Simple Step #4 (Complements: Direct Objects)
- Read and analyze examples of persuasive texts
Friday, January 21st
- SSR - I will check journals for notes about their nonfiction book (main idea, chart/graph about information learned, important vocabulary)
- Grammar quiz: prepositions, verbs, subjects, direct objects
- TAKS Practice - utilize test strategies
- Read and analyze examples of persuasive texts
